If medicine is required, our doctors can write prescriptions and our team can help arrange home delivery. We can also issue medical certificates.

Call The Doctor continues have doctors making home visits to patients who need urgent medical care that is not related to Coronavirus.
Home visits are bulk-billed and bookings can be made from 6pm Monday to Friday, midday on Saturday and 24 hours on a Sunday and public holidays
When should I use Telehealth?
If you are feeling unwell with cold or flu-like symptoms and especially if you have been exposed to someone with Coronavirus or have travelled overseas recently you should consult with a doctor.
How much does it cost?
For telehealth bookings, bulk billed consultations apply if a patient meets COVID-19 criteria as set by the Department of Health. Otherwise, a charge of $50.00 may apply. This will be confirmed by the operator at the time of booking.
What are the qualifications of the online doctors?
The same registered Australian doctors who you trust to make after-hours house calls are providing online consultations. The doctors are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). All consultation practices are to the standards developed by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and the Australian College of Rural & Remote Medicine (ACRRM).
